my stay in santa cruz de tenerife exceeded all expectations. the hospitality of the staff was exceptional, introducing me to local culture and showing me interesting places nearby. the location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants near the coast. it truly felt like a home away from home in tenerife.
wifi was inconsistent and frustrating.

clean and comfortable rooms in a communal apartment with good views and excellent wifi. Perfect location in the center of Tenerife - close to bars and restaurants near the coast. The owner provided exceptional hospitality - showing us around and introducing us to the local culture - including traditional Canarian food.
Would definitely recommend.

The view from our window at the guest house in Tenerife was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't get enough of the stunning scenery surrounding us.
The cleanliness of the guest house left much to be desired. The toilets, shower, sink, floor, and walls were all in dire need of a thorough cleaning.

The room was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay during my weekend trip. the location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and its various bars and restaurants. Another advantage was the hospitable staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
there were maintenance problems such as a broken and noisy toilet, limited shower temperature control, and a non-functioning freezer. the Wi-Fi signal in the room was nonexistent, depriving me of internet access.

I got great value for my money at this small relaxed hostel. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect - close to shops, bars, and bus stops. The best part was the friendly and welcoming staff, especially Alejandro and Emmanuel.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety.

Good cooking and washing facilities. Nice decor with paintings and books. Easy access to day trips and city center. Supermarket nearby. Helpful and kind staff.
